On October 22, athletes will take the field at the Washington Commanders practice facility and train in the same environment where the pros sharpen their game. This Commanders Camp focuses on position‑specific development, giving athletes the chance to work as receivers, quarterbacks, linebackers, defensive backs, and more.

Athletes will be in stations that break down footwork, technique, reads, and game‑speed decision‑making for each position. They’ll also take on high‑tempo drills and competitive reps that build confidence and keep the energy high. Our coaches bring a strong mix of teaching, encouragement, and real football insight, making sure every athlete, whether brand‑new or seasoned, feels supported and challenged.

Athletes will leave with drills and training they can continue using at home, helping them build on what they learned long after camp ends.
